Ana Ruano

Ana Ruano has extensive experience in cultural and tourism management, currently working in the Divisão da Cultura/Turismo at Câmara Municipal de Ovar since June 2015. Previously held the position of Técnica Superior in the Serviço Acção Cultural Espectáculos and Serviço Pat. Histórico Museus Turismo at the same municipality from January 2014 to January 2015. Ana's earlier career included roles as a client manager at Fopil from September 2010 to January 2012 and as head of the purchasing department at Fopil, LdA from 1981 to 2011. Ana Ruano holds multiple degrees in Environmental Sciences and Management, with a focus on sustainability, from Universidade Aberta, complemented by education at Liceu de Ovar, Colégio Nossa Senhora do Rosário, and Colegio do Sardão.
