Jill Janssen

Jill Janssen, PhD, is an experienced Assessment and Development Specialist at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County since October 2022 and an I/O Consultant and Coach at Powerful Questions since June 2017. With a focus on talent strategies, Janssen consults with various regional and Atlanta-based organizations, assessing and developing leaders while evaluating talent management programs.
