Shahid Iqbal

Shahid Iqbal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Cambay Healthcare, LLC since July 2022, Shahid acts as the HR Single Point of Contact for staff. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Professional Assistance For Development Action (PRADAN) included roles as FPO Business Development Manager, Project Manager, Project Executive, and Development Apprentice from August 2014 to July 2022. Shahid successfully mobilized women farmers, established financial systems, and implemented multiple development projects in collaboration with government agencies. Earlier work experience includes serving as Employee Relations Supervisor at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi. Shahid holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Aligarh Muslim University, along with a comprehensive educational background from Jamia Millia Islamia.
