Heather Hastings

Heather Hastings is an experienced professional specializing in instructional development and healthcare administration. Currently serving as a Training Representative 5 at HII Technical Solutions since January 2016, Heather possesses extensive knowledge of DOD training programs and has been recognized as a Master Training Specialist. Previous roles include Healthcare Administrator for the Emergency Medicine Department at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, where responsibilities included managing a large team and overseeing a significant operating budget, and serving as Clinic Manager for various orthopedic and therapy departments. Additionally, Heather has experience as a Family Advocacy Program Representative with the US Navy, conducting assessments and training related to family support services. Heather holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Health Sciences with a focus on Public Health and a Master of Science in Instructional Design from Saint Leo University.
