Jennifer Kelly-Gray

Jennifer Kelly-Gray, MBA, EdS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal management and program development. Currently serving as Senior Proposal Manager at Quantech Services, Inc. since August 2014, Jennifer has previously held roles such as Proposal Manager at Keolis Transit America, Inc., and Interactive Marketing Manager at Forth Magazine. Additional experience includes contracting at Tek Systems and programming for the USAF as a Communications Computer Systems Programmer. Jennifer holds an Education Specialist degree in E-learning and Adult Education from Northcentral University, a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from Auburn University Harbert College of Business, and a Bachelor's Degree in Resource Management from Troy University.
