Diana Graalum

Diana Graalum, RPh PharmD BCPS, is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in both clinical and management roles. Since February 2017, Diana has served as the JourniRx Pharmacy Manager and Lead Clinical Pharmacist at Cambia Health Solutions, focusing on developing clinical strategies, optimizing medication therapy for digital solution users, and overseeing pharmacy activities. Prior to this role, Diana held significant positions at Providence Health Plan, leading the Medication Therapy Management Program and managing clinical pharmacists. Diana's experience includes critical positions at Kaiser Permanente, Walgreens, and various healthcare organizations where Diana has continuously demonstrated expertise in medication management and patient care. Diana holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Oregon State University.
