Jean Drouin

Jean Drouin is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in health systems transformation, analytics, and investment in healthcare innovation. Currently serving as Director at Cambia Health Solutions since September 2024, Jean aims to create a person-focused and economically sustainable healthcare system. As CEO, Founder, and Board Member at Clarify Health Solutions, Jean leverages big data to enhance care delivery through actionable insights. Jean also invests in and advises numerous startups and growth-stage companies, including Kodiak Biosciences. Additionally, Jean has held key roles such as Senior Partner at McKinsey, where leadership extended to healthcare IT and digital initiatives, as well as roles on various boards, including the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Jean holds an MBA from Stanford University, an MD from Stanford School of Medicine, and an AB in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.
