Pilar Alfaro

Pilar Alfaro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive support, operations management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the VP of Health Plans and VP of Infrastructure and Operations at Cambia Health Solutions, Pilar effectively manages complex calendars, coordinates events, and supports internal communications. As the Founder and Product Developer of Alfa Athletics, Pilar oversees all aspects of creating a sustainable women's golf clothing brand, including product design and marketing. Previous roles include NW Executive Operations Manager at Architex International, where Pilar implemented new systems and managed client communications, and various management positions at Nordstrom, focusing on team development and sales strategies. Pilar holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel and Textiles from the University of Idaho.
