Russell Collins

Russell Collins is an experienced legal executive currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Cambia Health Solutions since January 2021, leading a multi-state team delivering corporate legal services across seven insurance companies. Prior to this role, Russell Collins held several positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, including Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, where strategic direction and oversight for various departments were provided. Russell Collins also has extensive experience in negotiating provider contracts and legal support, as well as a background in law practice from several law firms. Russell Collins holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in News Editorial Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
