Garrett Procunier

Garrett Procunier is currently serving as the Leadership and Success Manager at Cambio Communities since December 2022. Previously, Garrett held the position of Regional VP at M. Shapiro Real Estate Group from June 2021 to December 2022, and served as a Senior Marketing Analyst at both YES! Communities and Meritus Communities from June 2020 to June 2021 and April 2017 to June 2020, respectively. Garrett's marketing expertise includes analyzing traffic for digital campaigns, lead generation through SEO and social media, and creating effective marketing materials. Additional experience includes roles as a Regional Marketing Director and Sales and Leasing Consultant, a Distribution Coordinator at Global Vehicles USA, and a Senior Logistics Specialist at the YMCA of the USA. Garrett earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Denison University and a high school diploma from Genesee Early College.
