Kimberly Scott

Kimberly Scott currently serves as Senior Vice President of Development at Cambio Communities since December 2020. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Manhattan Management Corporation/Budget Storage Group from June 2019 to December 2020, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations and industry consulting. Kimberly also worked at M. Shapiro Real Estate Group from March 2011 to May 2019 as Director of Operations and Sales for the Manufactured Housing Division, overseeing operations and staff training. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Property Management at Medallion Group from June 2004 to March 2011, managing a diverse real estate portfolio.
