Srinivas Varada, known as Srini, has over 18 years of diverse experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, particularly in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Cambio Consulting Pvt Ltd since January 2017, Srini oversees a team of over 10 recruiters and manages the end-to-end recruitment process. Previous roles include TA Consultant and Delivery Lead at TechSys Global and Technogen, Inc. respectively, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing candidates through various channels and managing client delivery. Srini also has extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager at SigmaEdge Software Consulting and as a Recruitment Executive at Jerry Varghese Consultants, along with an initial role as a QA Analyst at Easypack Software Inc.
