Johanna Severin

Johanna Severin has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Johanna began their career as a Consultant and Validation Engineer at Epsilon.nu, where they were responsible for project engineering and validation activities. Johanna then joined Pharmadule as a Project Engineer, where they contributed to a business development project and implemented new processes for project management.

In 2010, Johanna took on the role of Project and Validation Manager at PRC Engineering AB, where they managed investment projects in pharmaceutical production and led validation and testing of production equipment. Johanna later joined ÅF as a Section Manager, overseeing a business unit that provided quality and project management services to Life Science industry clients. During their time at ÅF, Johanna was responsible for financial management, employee development, and ensuring service delivery aligned with market needs.

In 2018, Johanna joined Schneider Electric as a Key Account Manager for Healthcare, focusing on value-based sales to major customers. Johanna then moved to Findwise AB as an Area Manager, where they led the business and operations in Stockholm and Finland.

Prior to their current position, Johanna worked at Acceptus, first as a Sales Manager for Digital Healthcare Services, responsible for driving sales and implementing sales strategies. Johanna then became the Business Area Manager for Digital Services, where they oversaw the development and delivery of digital healthcare solutions.

Currently, Johanna is employed as a Product Manager for Professional Services at Cambio Group. In this role, they provide advisory services and manages the product offerings in the Professional Services area.

Throughout their career, Johanna has demonstrated a focus on improving healthcare services through innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
