Kim Leo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a Legitimerad sjuksköterska at Södersjukhuset AB in 2012, where they worked until 2014. After that, they joined Capio St Göran as an Akutmottagning, legitimerad sjuksköterska from 2014 to 2016. They then moved to Region Östergötland and worked as a Legitimerad sjuksköterska, anestesi from 2016 to 2019. Following this, Kim Leo transitioned their career to the technology sector and worked as an E-learning specialist at Cambio Group from 2019 to 2022.
