Alek Zubrickas

Alek Zubrickas is a skilled product development scientist currently employed at Cambium Analytica since April 2022. Prior to this role, Alek served as a chef de tournant at Red Haven Farm to Table, contributing to menu development and execution that gained recognition in the culinary scene. Experience includes a product development internship at Carl Buddig and Company, focusing on BBQ meat product evaluation and formulation. Earlier roles as a line cook at Taproot Cider House and barista/shift supervisor at Interlochen Center for the Arts showcased Alek’s commitment to quality and consistency in food service. Alek holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Michigan State University and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Great Lakes Culinary Institute.
