Olivia Padilla

Olivia Padilla, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and educational assessment. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Cambium Assessment since January 2020, Olivia manages significant educational contracts. Previously, from July 2005 to January 2020, Olivia worked as a Program Manager at the American Institutes for Research, co-managing a $90 million contract with the State of Oregon for standardized K-12 assessments. Olivia’s early career includes a role as a Program Associate at Juarez & Associates, where administrative and financial support was provided. Educated at Cornell University with a BS in Communication, Olivia also holds a Master of Education in Educational Assessment, Testing, and Measurement from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Graduate Certificate in Education Measurement, Statistics, and Evaluation from the University of Maryland.
