Amy Otis

Amy Otis has a solid work experience in proposal development and management. Amy started their career as a Copy Editor at Cambium Learning Group in 2007 and later took on roles such as Bids and Contracts Associate, Proposal Development Manager, and Senior Proposal Development Manager. Amy then joined Riverside Technologies, Inc. in 2014 as a Manager of Proposal Development. In 2014, they returned to Cambium Learning Group and held positions including Director of Bids and Contracts and currently, Vice President of Bids and Proposals. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in overseeing various types of bids and proposals, managing project lifecycles, and directing team communications. Amy is experienced in developing infrastructure and procedures, evaluating metrics, and producing persuasive written documents.

Amy Otis has a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Northern Colorado, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Azusa Pacific University between 1999 and 2003. Amy also holds additional certifications from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, including APMP Practitioner and APMP Foundations.
