Zachary E. A. Shirley

Zachary E. A. Shirley, Ed.D., CDP, CDE, currently serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Cambium Learning Group, a position held since March 2024, where responsibilities include leading DEIB initiatives, managing Employee Resource Groups, and collaborating with leadership to enhance organizational DEIB efforts. Previously, Zachary held senior positions in DEIB leadership at Cambium Assessment, providing strategic guidance on diversity recruitment and initiatives, and served as director for fraternity and sorority life at various universities, where significant contributions included budget oversight, staff training, and community engagement. Zachary's educational background includes a Doctorate in Higher Education from the University of North Texas and a Master's in Higher Education Administration from East Texas A&M University.
