Edward Trigg (Ted)

Technical Fellow

Edward (Ted) Trigg, Ph.D., currently serves as the Vice President of R&D at Cambium, where leadership focuses on developing and testing high-temperature resins and composites, as well as managing a technical team and overseeing a DoD research contract. Previously, Trigg held positions as Senior Research Scientist and Principal Research Scientist at Cambium and Battelle, respectively, working on polymer processing and upcycling, resulting in multiple patents and publications. At the Air Force Research Laboratory, Trigg advanced carbon fiber composite and additive manufacturing research. Trigg earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where research concentrated on semicrystalline polymers, after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Physics from Stanford University.
