Karen Guest, CPHR, is a retired professional with over three decades of experience in financial services, primarily specializing in Learning and Development. With more than 19 years in Human Resources at Cambrian Credit Union, Karen has held various managerial roles, including Manager of Organizational Development and Training, where responsibilities included identifying and addressing training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and ensuring the effective transfer of learning to the workplace. Karen also served as Manager of Training & Development and as a Training & Development Specialist, emphasizing personal growth and skill development for employees. Academic qualifications include a Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Manitoba.
