Ethan Sarnoski

Ethan Sarnoski is a Venture Director at Cambrian Biopharma. He was previously an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, where he developed and implemented strategies for a diverse set of biopharma clients, including biotechs, top pharma, regulators, CROs, and nonprofits. He completed a PhD at Yale University, where he designed high-throughput technologies for model organisms and applied them to discover evolutionarily conserved regulators of aging. Ethan also worked with the Office of Technology Transfer at Yale to define business plans and secure pre-seed funding for faculty start-ups.
