Harriet Fear Mbe

Harriet Fear MBE currently serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Cambridge Science Centre, a role held since February 2024, after becoming a Trustee earlier that year. Additionally, Harriet is the Chair of Cambridge Ahead, an organization focused on the sustainable growth of Cambridge and its surrounding region, and leads Harriet Fear Associates Ltd, which aims to enhance organizational success through strategic support. From March 2020 to September 2024, Harriet was a Special Adviser at Cambridge&, having previously been its founding leader. Harriet has held significant roles including Chief Executive of Deyton Bell Global Ltd, Prime Minister's Business Ambassador for Life Sciences and Healthcare, interim Director of Business and Skills at the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority, and Chief Executive of One Nucleus, Europe's largest life sciences and healthcare membership organization. Harriet's career began in the HM Diplomatic Service, where various positions were held from 1987 to 2009.
