Sofia Hughes

Sofia Hughes is an accomplished education leader and consultant with extensive experience in various educational roles. Currently serving as Executive Secretary for the International Confederation of Principals and as a Mastermind Coach for Better Leaders Better Schools, Sofia also holds the position of Schools Development Manager for Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Argentina. Additional roles include Course Facilitator at Essarp and self-employment as an International Education Leader and Consultant. Previous positions include Rectora y Head of Secondary at St Catherine's Moorlands School and Head of Secondary at NORTHLANDS School Official. Sofia has contributed to the Executive Committee at ESSARP and served as Secondary English Head at Bede's Grammar School.
