Lily Bouchentouf is a seasoned human capital professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Since December 2006, Lily has advanced through various roles at Cambridge Associates, culminating in the position of Managing Director, Human Capital, after holding multiple leadership positions. Previously, Lily served as a Recruiting Manager and Generalist at Wolpoff & Abramson, where responsibilities included providing HR support across multiple locations. Initial HR experience was gained at Marriott International as a Human Resources Supervisor, and before that, as a Language Trainer at Diplomatic Language Services, focusing on niche training for government employees. With an MBA in International Business from Johns Hopkins University and a Master's in Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, Lily possesses a strong educational foundation to complement professional expertise.
