Pamela Boone

Pamela leads our firmwide Accounting and Finance Teams, providing ongoing evaluation of the firm’s financial performance; overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; and providing significant insights on the financial implications of our strategic decision making.

Before joining Cambridge Associates, Pamela had more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles across global capital markets, operations, financial reporting, controllership, accounting, and auditing. Pamela spent nearly two decades at State Street, where she was most recently Head of Global Client Service Solutions. In this capacity, she managed a team of over 140 professionals in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and India, and was responsible for client onboarding, account opening, contract management, organizational and business process solutions. Prior to that she served as North America Controller, a role in which she led a 200-person team and was responsible for end-to-end accounting for ongoing financial transactions and new products, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as financial and regulatory reporting. Prior to her time at State Street, she served in multiple finance leadership roles at Investors Bank and Trust, Bank of Boston, FleetBoston Financial Corporation, and the Unisys Corporation.

Pamela received a BA in Accounting from Howard University and an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
