Victoria Filler MCIPD has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources. Victoria started their career as an HR & Training Assistant at NAAFI in 2005 and worked there until 2008. Following that, they worked as an HR Officer at Inca Digital Printers from 2008 to 2009.
Victoria then joined The Cambridge Building Society in 2009 and held various roles within the organization. Victoria started as an HR Adviser from 2009 to 2011, providing support for employee relations matters. In 2011, they were promoted to the role of HR Business Partner, where they oversaw payroll services and benefit administration for all staff, including Board Directors. Later, they became a People Manager from 2013 until 2018, and finally, they were promoted to Head of People in January 2018, where they provided overall leadership in people management.
Apart from their tenure at The Cambridge Building Society, Victoria also started their own consultancy firm, Victoria Filler People Consultancy, in 2019. Victoria worked as a Human Resources Consultant, offering HR support to start-ups and small businesses until December 2021.
Victoria Filler MCIPD completed their education in a chronological manner as follows. From 1999 to 2001, they attended Wymondham College in Norwich, where they completed their A-levels, focusing on French, Spanish, and theatre studies. Following this, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Modern Languages & Film Studies at Newcastle University. Lastly, from 2008 to 2012, Victoria completed their Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management at ICS/MOL.
