Ed Stone

Ed Stone is an experienced school adjustment counselor currently employed at Northampton High School since August 2018, providing clinical support to general and special education students while contributing to initiatives focused on affinity groups and community antiracism efforts. In addition, Ed serves as a Senior Faculty member at Cambridge College, teaching culturally responsive counseling, solution-focused therapy, and addictions, and co-facilitating panels on racial inequities. Previous roles include School Adjustment Counselor at EDCO Collaborative, where responsibilities encompassed counseling, IEP development, and crisis intervention, as well as Lead Clinician for the STEP Program at Dearborn Academy. Ed holds a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
