Theo Snudden

Theo Snudden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Theo worked as the Head Of Manufacturing at Cambridge Energy Partners from April 2018. Theo was responsible for overseeing the production of mobile solar trackers for commercial and industrial use.

Prior to that, Theo worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover from September 2016 to April 2018. Their role involved commissioning and delivering new Powertrain Manufacturing facilities in India. Theo was also selected as the Global JLR Engine Assembly & Test Data Subject Mater Expert and implemented a project involving Machine Learning in production camera systems.

In 2016, Theo worked as a Production Engineer at e-Go aeroplanes, where they designed and implemented a lean manufacturing strategy to transition the company from prototype to production. Theo also worked as a Research & Development Process Engineer at Alphasense Ltd, where they investigated and developed ink jet printing technology for air quality sensors.

In 2015, Theo worked as a Technology Developer at Archipelago Technology Group Ltd, where they designed and delivered a patented prototype test rig to demonstrate a novel liquid deposition technique to customers.

Throughout their career, Theo has demonstrated their ability to lead manufacturing operations, develop innovative technologies, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Theo Snudden completed their education at the University of Cambridge from 2012 to 2016. Theo obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Prior to their time at the university, Theo attended St Benedict's Catholic School from 2007 to 2012, but no specific degree or field of study information is available for this period.
