Scott Oldham is currently the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at biomodal, where Scott drives operational excellence in human resources, workforce planning, and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, Scott served as the UK Head of Talent at PA Consulting Group and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Illumina, leading technical talent acquisition activities. With a background in genetics and research, Scott has also held positions in recruitment and management roles at various companies such as REED, Kelly Scientific Resources, and Randstad.
