Deborah Ngozi Odunze

Deborah Ngozi Odunze, DNP(c), MSN, RN, CCM, serves as the Deputy Chief Public Health Officer at Cambridge Health Alliance since August 2022, focusing on public health improvement through illness prevention and health promotion. Simultaneously, Deborah is an Advisory Board Member at the Latino Leadership Institute, supporting entrepreneur resources for Latino and BIPOC leaders. As the Founder of Debbs Kitchen, Deborah promotes healthier living through high-quality spices. With extensive experience in care management, Deborah led initiatives at Podimetrics as Sr. Director, overseeing programs for high-risk patients, and previously served in various nursing and management roles across healthcare institutions. Deborah holds a Doctor's Degree from Regis College and a Master's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, among other educational credentials.
