Erica Mintzer

Erica Mintzer serves as the Medical Director for Group Medical Visits at Cambridge Health Alliance since July 2019, overseeing the strategy and development of the program across 13 primary care sites. As a Family Physician, Erica provides comprehensive care to a diverse patient population with a focus on Group Medical Visits and Maternal Child Health. Previously, Erica held the position of Medical Director at the Malden Family Medicine Center, leading clinical operations for a site that serves 28,000 patients. Erica's earlier experience includes positions as a Physician at Boston Medical Center, where labor management and delivery care were primary responsibilities, and as a Family Medicine Physician and Clinical Lead at Codman Square Health Center. Erica completed a Family Medicine Residency at Boston Medical Center and holds a Doctor of Medicine from the Yale School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Dartmouth College.
