Ryan Naugler

Ryan Naugler is a seasoned professional in performance improvement, currently serving as the Director of Performance Improvement at Cambridge Health Alliance since November 2022. In this role, Ryan manages a team of consultants, oversees performance projects, and conducts Lean training, while collaborating with quality and safety leaders on strategic initiatives.
