Steve Hanerfeld

Steve Hanerfeld is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance improvement and organizational effectiveness within the nuclear and energy sectors. Currently serving as Director of Performance Improvement at Framatome since September 2021, Steve has previously held significant positions at PSEG, including Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Learning Program Manager, and at Dominion as Supervisor of Nuclear Corrective Action. Steve’s foundational expertise includes the implementation of corrective action programs, benchmarking, and human performance evaluations. Alongside practical experience, Steve holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University. Additionally, Steve has a background as an Electrician and Instructor in the US Navy.
