Rhianne Benger

Rhianne, known as RRhianne, known as Rhe to her colleagues, is based in the London office and focuses her time at CHR engaging teams cross-functionally to keep the work and people moving forward together in achieving the founding vision and mission.

An advocate for the creative arts and their value to professional development, Rhe spent over twenty years of study and an early career in dance and performance. Curious to explore her experience in different environments, she went on to develop skills in a variety of sectors, including human rights charities, membership organizations, and professional services. An empathetic leader, she has strengths in managing high-performing teams, leading people through change, and driving DEI in the workplace.

Originally from South Wales, and raised in the Northwest of England, Rhe holds an MFA in Choreography from Roehampton University and a BA (Hons) in Dance and Culture from the University of Surrey. he to her colleagues is based in the London office and focuses her time at CHR engaging teams cross-functionally to keep the work and people moving forward together in achieving the founding vision and mission.
