Eric Garnier

Executive Vice President at Cambridge International Systems, Inc.

Mr. Garnier leads Cambridge’s business development efforts that include overall responsibility for sales; new commercial market development; and business strategy, planning, and budgeting. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran who brings more than 25 years of Government and commercial experience with a focus on capacity building efforts in Latin America.

As one of the visionaries for Cambridge’s growth, Mr. Garnier has been responsible for the integration of multi-national command and control systems across South America including implementing information exchange between U.S. and Latin American Military Forces, host nation commercial entities, host nation command and control centers, host nation surveillance systems, and U.S. Embassy agencies. He also led the development and implementation of a maintenance repair and overhaul facility (MRO) in Bogota, Colombia to support Cambridge’s commercial aviation maintenance and recovery contracts. Mr. Garnier holds a master’s degree in business administration from Texas University and speaks fluent Spanish.
