Rachel van Noord

Rachel Van Noord, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rachel is currently working at Cambridge Mobile Telematics, where they started in 2020. Their roles at the company include Senior Director of Product Management, Senior Director of Customer Success Operations, and Director of Customer Insights. In these positions, they have been responsible for driving end user adoption of telematics, collaborating cross-functionally with different departments, and launching the Telematics Institute.

Prior to their current role, Rachel worked at BECU starting in 2014. Rachel held positions such as Director of Social Impact and Executive Director of BECU Foundation, where they led the organization's corporate social responsibility strategy and managed a team of 13. In these roles, they led a digital transformation of OCLC's training offerings, expanded the customer success team for WebJunction, and managed state library client accounts.

Rachel's early work experience includes roles at Marin County Free Library, Helen Crocker Russell Library, and Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, where they held various positions related to library coordination and management.

Rachel Van Noord, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) degree from San Jose State University from 2003 to 2005. Rachel obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Calvin University between 1996 and 2000. Rachel has also recently obtained the Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1) from Gainsight in September 2022.
