Shannon Shute

School Psychologist / Special Education Team Chairperson

Shannon Shute, EdD, has extensive experience in the educational and psychological fields, currently serving as a School Psychologist and Special Education Team Chairperson at Cambridge Public Schools since September 2010. In addition to this role, Shannon is an Associate Lecturer at Curry College since August 2016 and has been a Supervisor for field placements at Harvard University and Northeastern University since September 2011, facilitating practical training for psychiatry fellows and school psychology graduate students. Shannon co-founded the Outlook Summer Program in 2011, targeting students with high functioning Autism within the Cambridge Public Schools. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University, a Master of Science in School Psychology from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from Bucknell University.
