Terry Kratz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 1990 to 2001, Kratz worked as a partner at Ernst & Young LLP. In 2001, they became a partner at Hemmerich Flanagan Kratz & Eamer LLP, where they are currently employed. Kratz has also held various roles in the non-profit sector, including being a board member at the Cambridge Library & Gallery from 2011 to 2018, and serving as co-chair and treasurer for the Grand River Film Festival from 2007 to 2016. Additionally, Kratz has held positions in finance, such as serving as the finance director for the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra beginning in 2019, and as treasurer for the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce since 2003.
