Ashley D. Thomas

Ashley D. Thomas, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience, spanning various industries and roles. In 2005, they began their career in Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations, where they worked until 2011. Following this, they joined The Creative Group as a Recruiter/Account Manager for a year. In 2012, Ashley joined BJ's Wholesale Club, where they worked in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources for approximately six months. Ashley D. then moved on to Verisk Health as a Corporate Recruiter for a few months. From 2013 to 2016, Ashley worked as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at MFS Investment Management. In 2017, Ashley joined Cambridge Trust Company, starting as an Assistant Vice President and gradually rising through the ranks. Currently, Ashley holds the position of First Vice President and Associate Director of Human Resources at Cambridge Trust Company.

Ashley D. Thomas, SHRM-SCP has a Master of Science degree in Public Relations with a focus on Corporate Public Relations from Boston University. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marist College, where they studied Communications, Communications, and Advertising & Sports Marketing.

In terms of certifications, Ashley has completed the Women's Executive Leadership Program at the Northeast HR Association in May 2023. Ashley D. has also obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the SHRM Foundation in January 2023.
