Boris Nikitin

Boris Nikitin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Boris started their career as a Team Supervisor at Circuit City in 2004 and held the position until March 2009. Boris then joined Sears Holdings Corporation as a Sales Supervisor from March 2009 to November 2010. Boris then transitioned to Salem Five Bank, where they worked as a Retail Business Development Representative from November 2010 to July 2013 and later as an Assistant Vice President/Market Manager from September 2014 to July 2018. Boris joined Cambridge Trust Company in July 2018 as an Assistant Vice President, Office Manager and progressively advanced to Vice President, Office Manager in February 2021, and recently to Vice President, Senior Office Manager in December 2022.

Boris Nikitin completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/Economics from UMass Boston in 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in International Relations from UMass Boston, which they completed in 2009. In 2016, Boris participated in the Boston Future Leaders Program at the Boston Chamber of Commerce, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
