Peter Bamber Cisa, Crisc

Peter Bamber has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information security. Peter currently holds the role of First Vice President Director of Information Security at Cambridge Trust Company since February 2021. Prior to this, they were the VP, Director of Information Security at the same company from July 2020 to February 2021.

Before joining Cambridge Trust Company, Peter worked at Security Management Partners for twenty years, starting in December 2000. During their tenure, they held the position of VP IT Security Services CISA, CRISC, CISSP until April 2020.

Peter's previous role was at Bitstream, where they served as Manager Desktop Services-Director of IT from January 1999 to December 2000.

Peter'scareer began at Lahey Clinic, where they worked as a Consultant from April 1997 to December 1999.

Peter's experience and certifications make him a highly qualified professional in the field of information security.

Peter Bamber, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Additionally, they completed ISO 27001 ISMS Lead Auditor Training at BSI Management Systems in 2007. Peter also pursued information technology studies at Clark University. Peter obtained the CRISC certification from ISACA in January 2011, the CISSP certification from ISC2 in 2006, and the CISA certification from ISACA in September 2005.
