Robert Gagnon

Robert Gagnon has a strong background in lending, specifically in residential and construction lending. Robert began their career at Salem Five as a Service and Operations Manager and later moved on to Centrix Bank & Trust as a Branch Manager. Robert then joined Community Bank & Trust as an Assistant Vice President before joining Optima Bank & Trust as a Senior Vice President, handling business development and mortgage lending. At Optima Bank & Trust, they were responsible for creating strategic plans for the bank's lending and retail divisions. Gagnon also worked at Cambridge Trust Company as a Senior Vice President, managing consumer lending in New Hampshire and leading the Residential Lending Group.
