Siobhan O'Hara

Siobhan O'Hara has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Siobhan is currently working as the VP, Manager of Wealth Compliance at Cambridge Trust Company since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, Compliance/BSA Officer at Norwood Bank from February 2019 to August 2021. Siobhan also worked at Boston Private as a Compliance Officer from August 2017 to February 2019, where they were responsible for compliance management and oversight of the Wealth business. Before that, Siobhan was a Senior Anti-Money Laundering Analyst at Santander Bank, N.A. from April 2015 to August 2017, where they monitored high-risk customer transactions and wrote Suspicious Activity Reports. Siobhan started their career at Rockland Trust in various roles including BSA Assistant, Branch Supervisor, Universal Banker, and Bank Teller from 2006 to 2015.

Siobhan O'Hara received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Bridgewater State University from 2011 to 2014. Siobhan then pursued a Master of Business Ethics degree at the New England College of Business from 2015 to 2016, specializing in the field of Business Ethics and Compliance.
