Telma Salvador

Telma Salvador has extensive experience in the banking and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Office Manager at Cambridge Trust Company since March 2016, Telma focuses on enhancing client experiences and developing sales strategies while providing leadership to team members. Telma has also been a Member of the Board of Directors at Community Art Center since May 2016. Prior to these roles, Telma held various positions at Citibank from January 2008 to March 2016, including Branch Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included fostering a strong sales culture and ensuring compliance with operational controls. Telma holds a Master’s degree in Psychopedagogy and a degree in Education from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
