David holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, awarded in 2000, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Wesleyan University, completed in 1993. Additionally, David participated in the NY/Paris - Shape of Two Cities Program in Architecture at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation from 1990 to 1991. Early education includes attending Milton Academy (1986-1988) and The Park School (1980-1985).
