Joelle Gibbons has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. In 2004, they started their career as an RTA Claims Handler at Roythornes Solicitors, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, they joined Lincolnshire Community Health Services, initially working as a Minor Injuries Unit Receptionist before progressing to roles such as Secretary to Head of Clinical Services and Information Assistant. From 2013 to 2014, they served as an Information Analyst and later as a Data Quality Lead at the same organization. In 2014, they moved on to North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, where they held multiple positions such as Care Quality Improvement Analyst and Covid-19 Vaccination Programme Manager. Joelle also served as a Healthcare Assistant and Project Manager for the COVID-19 Response. Their most recent role at the trust was Divisional Operations Manager for Outpatients and Health Records from August 2021 to January 2022. Currently, in 2022, Joelle Gibbons is working at the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS) as an Operations Resilience Manager.
Joelle Gibbons attended Gleed Girls from 1995 to 2000 but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Following that, Joelle attended Boston College from 2000 to 2002 and earned a BTEC National Diploma in Media Studies.
