Camden Coalition
Janine Gibbons currently serves as the Associate Director of Technical Assistance at Camden Coalition, starting in November 2024. Prior roles include Director of Care Coordination at Delaware Valley Community Health from January 2020 to November 2024 and Health Services Manager at Cigna from July 2019 to January 2020. Janine's extensive experience at International SOS, where responsibilities included developing nurse case managers and overseeing operations, spanned from October 2011 to May 2019. Earlier positions at International SOS involved project leadership and various managerial roles in international nursing. Janine began their career as a Bilingual Nurse Home Visitor with Nurse Family Partnership. Educational qualifications include a BA in Religion/Religious Studies and Biology from Swarthmore College, a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, and an ongoing MBA at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.

Led by CEO Kathleen Noonan, JD, the Camden Coalition works to advance the field of complex care by implementing person-centered programs and piloting new models that address chronic illness and social barriers to health and well-being. Supported by a robust data infrastructure, cross-sector convening, and shared learning, our community-based programs deliver better care to the most vulnerable individuals in Camden and regionally.
