Susan R. Croll

Board Member at Camden County College

Susan R. Croll has been a member of the Camden County College Board of Trustees since 2005 and has served as Vice Chair since 2014. Ms. Croll is a retired higher education professional. Her career in higher education administration began as a student financial aid officer at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by service in the U.S. Department of Education as a student financial aid program officer and later as a Guaranteed Student Loan branch chief. Returning to Penn as Director of Admissions for the School of Medicine, she subsequently became Executive Director of Educational Administration, overseeing the administrative programs and processes that supported the program of medical education. At the time of her retirement, she served as the Senior Executive Director of Administration for the School of Medicine, with oversight responsibilities in the financial, research administration, human resources, planning and academic review functions of the medical school.

A resident of Gibbsboro, New Jersey, Ms. Croll serves on Gibbsboro’s Planning and Zoning Board, Environmental Commission, and Green Team. She is a member of the Burrison Art Gallery Advisory Committee at the University of Pennsylvania and is a Penn alumni volunteer.

Ms. Croll received her baccalaureate degree in English literature and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
