Joel Andrew

Joel Andrew is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and workforce development. Currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Operations at FastHouse since June 2024, Joel previously held the position of Operations Manager at RLC Engineering Group, managing the P&W Value Stream and overseeing a team of 72 employees. Joel's earlier career at Michelin spanned nearly nine years, where roles included Outplacement Coordinator, Workforce Development Manager, Senior Business Unit Leader, Business Unit Leader, and Industrial Engineer, focusing on training programs, team empowerment, and productivity improvements. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Maths and Physics from Queen's University Belfast.
