Kevin Necas

Kevin Necas is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Accounting at Camden Property Trust since August 2023, Kevin has also held significant positions at CenterPoint Energy as Assistant Controller and at Phillips 66, where roles included Director of Crude Accounting and Senior Advisor for External Reporting. Prior experience includes a decade at Deloitte, advancing from Audit Staff to Audit Senior Manager. Kevin holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.
